Job Title: Flower Packing Team Member

We’re hiring 2–3 dependable, hard-working team members to join our flower packing crew. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to getting our farm-grown flowers from the field to our customers.

Location: Winkelmann Flowers Farm in Lindale, Texas (we work out of a home studio/workshop area. the job is primarily indoors but there may be some tasks we need help with outside- this isn’t a field position though!)

Terms: Part-time, Seasonal

Schedule: Ideally Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-4pm (our season runs February through November)

Pay: starting at $15/hour

Start date: February 9th

What You’ll Be Doing: The packing team is responsible for taking buckets of freshly harvested flowers and processing them into the final product. This is physical, active work that moves quickly and requires attention to detail. Tasks include:

• Processing fresh-cut flowers (tulips, ranunculus, dahlias, zinnias, marigolds, lilies, etc. etc. etc.)

• Sort flowers by color + variety (we will teach!)

• Washing & filling buckets

• Bunching and sleeving flowers

• Packing shipped flower boxes

• Lifting, carrying, and moving buckets and boxes (up to 25 lbs)

• Keeping the packing area clean, organized, and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with fast-paced manual labor

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for several hours

• Reliable and committed to learning flower types & varieties

Bonus (but not required):

• Previous farm, floral or production experience

• A love for flowers!
