Hi friends, I’m Carrington— farmer’s wife, mom of two boys, semi retired wedding florist and follower of Jesus. I started with this blog in college when I fell in love with Grant and his passion for farming. What started as a little blog for us to share our life as we pursued our dreams, turned into my business, The Farmer & I Floral Studio. For 8 years I flowered weddings across Texas and loved it. As our farm has grown (which has always been the goal & dream), and our family has grown (also a dream come true), I’ve taken off the wedding florist hat. My energy and efforts are now focused on raising our family, helping Grant grow our flower farm, and mentoring budding florists. I hope this space will reflect that as I release florist education, share about our life and provide farm updates.
